Scope of Services:

Colne Design offers graphic design and digital marketing services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, website design, social media graphics, and digital marketing campaigns.

 

Monthly Retainers:

For clients seeking ongoing design and marketing support, such as website hosting and dedicated design time, Colne Design offers monthly retainer packages. These packages provide a set number of hours dedicated to your projects each month, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of services. The details of your retainer agreement will be outlined in a separate document and may be adjusted with mutual agreement.

 

Payment Terms:

Initial Deposit: For projects not covered by a monthly retainer, Colne Design may require a 50% deposit before commencing work. This deposit is non-refundable and ensures your commitment to the project.

Invoicing and Payments: Invoices will be issued based on the agreed-upon project milestones or monthly retainer terms. Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to make timely payments may result in a pause in services until the outstanding balance is settled.

 

Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the final designs. Colne Design retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Client Responsibilities:

To facilitate a smooth collaboration, clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary information, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and could result in additional fees.

 

Confidentiality:

Colne Design respects the confidentiality of client information. We will not disclose or use any confidential information for purposes other than those related to the project without explicit consent.

 

Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate services with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date.

 

Changes to Terms:

Colne Design reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
